Our Orthodontics Office Can Straighten Teeth at Any Age

Posted on: July 28, 2015

OrthodonticsIn our orthodontics office, we can straighten your teeth even if you have complex dental challenges. For example, if you have missing teeth, we can still improve your smile and your bite. As a provider of adult orthodontics, we regularly treat patients who have lost teeth because adult tooth loss is fairly common. Even those with impeccable oral hygiene can lose a tooth in an accident, injury, etc. While we frequently treat people who do not have any oral health problems outside of needing their teeth straightened, we have the capability of helping various types of complex issues as well. Regardless of what your situation is or why you do not like your smile, we invite you to give us a call.

Schedule a consultation with our orthodontics office to determine if you are a good candidate for braces.

We have found that there are multiple solutions that can be used to straighten your teeth and align your jaw. The variety of treatment options makes it possible for us to customize a plan based on your goals, budget, lifestyle, and objectives. We understand that none of our patients are exactly the same, which is why we are committed to designing a plan to meet your needs, rather than trying to fit you within strict parameters. When you visit our office, we will discuss all the things that could influence your treatment and what needs to be corrected with your smile. Then we can discuss the solutions that are available to you.

What can you expect from our orthodontics office?

When you visit our office, you can expect to be greeted by a staff that is warm, friendly, and professional. Everyone in our office is passionate about providing the highest quality of service and care. We know that the service we provide begins from the moment that you walk in the door, and we will do our best to ensure that you remain entirely comfortable. During your first visit, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork with your personal information, contact details, and insurance data. If you do not have insurance, let us know so that we can present you with information regarding other financing solutions. We will also give you forms that have places to disclose your personal health history. It is important for us to know everything about your health so we can create an appropriate treatment plan. For example, we need to know if you are a diabetic or have another medical condition.

Once you have completed the necessary paperwork, we will examine your teeth and gums, and take x-rays to examine your jaw structure. We will have you open and close your mouth repeatedly so we can see how your teeth come together, and probably take measurements and make an impression of your teeth. These activities will allow us to gain a full understanding of the position that your teeth are in currently so we can determine what steps should be taken to straighten your teeth and align your jaw. This appointment will be interactive, so feel free to ask as many questions as you need in order to be comfortable with moving forward.
